Wonderful hosts and great location. They were nice enough to set up the sofa bed for us. Everything was as pictured and was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was just what we needed for our two week stay in Canberra visiting family. The space was ideal for the two of us (elderly folk) and we used the separate bedroom for our clothes, storing suitcases, etc. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable and all the linen looked almost new. The kitchen area has an induction cooktop, separate oven, microwave, large fridge and washing machine. Excellent saucepans and frypans. However, as we use airBnB accommodation to cut travel costs by cooking our own food, a few extra items (coffee plunger, serving dishes, colander, tongs and breadknife, for example) would have been welcome. The area is suburban so there was background noise such as dogs and young children but no traffic noise. It is a short walk to the Watson shops (nice cafe, supermarket with fantastic deli, takeaway and chemist) and a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest light rail stop. Parking is outside on the road. Overall, a great place to stay. Congratulations, Wendy.

Sam's place is a very comfortable, lovely place. Has everything you need to stay like a local. Full kitchen appliances, utensils, consumables, everything is clean and in good working condition ... Originally had some issue with air conditioning settings, but Sam responded quickly to how we can make the settings change. Location is great, just across the road from Canberra Centre and Civic. Secure parking spot at B3, close to lift lobby. However if you are light sleeper, bring along an eye mask. The corridor light in the building common area (just outside of the bedroom's window) has some energy saving feature on past about 11pm, where it will turn on and turn off on every few minutes which can be disturbing if you are sensitive to light. Not something that Sam can do, since it's in the building common area. Other than that, everything is perfect! We had a great 9 days stay in Canberra in Sam's place.
