This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
