Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Bright accommodation at Ringpark

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
