My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a true haven of peace. It has its own private entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of the location, the comfort, and the tranquility, as well as the sound of the sea!

In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

We offer a quiet stay in a renovated private apartment of 60m² on the ground floor of our house, with private terrace. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 sofa in the living room. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. We offer 2 bikes to visit La Rochelle (10 min of the CV by bike) and the island of Ré (30 min of the bridge). Upon returning from your day, you can relax in your private sauna (in the bathroom).
