Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

These are the old stables of my house transformed into a very beautiful apartment located on the ground floor in the heart of the Marais Poitevin "The Green Venice" ideal for a couple, its area is approximately 70 m². you enter a large living room with a beautiful kitchen area, I have installed a very good quality bed of 160, surrounded by its magical curtains You have a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. TV, TNT, Wi-Fi internet connection, everything is comfortable

On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
