The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

Really very comfortable house, tidy and complete with every comfort. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was impeccable and another very important aspect to consider is the reserved parking that can accommodate even cars of considerable length. Elisa is a very responsive host who took care of every detail of our stay even before arrival. Highly recommended!

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Mr. Guido is really a super host! Very kind and helpful right away, as soon as we arrived he welcomed us in person and gave us all the information about the accommodation. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and we found impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is super stocked with everything you need for breakfast. There is private parking, the area is very quiet and well served by buses, supermarket, pizzeria bars, restaurants, tobacconists, shops. However, in half an hour on foot you can easily reach the center of Bologna. It was really nice to stay in this B&B, we had a great time. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Giorgio and he showed us around. We felt very welcome and at home. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that is used by his family. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and blackout options. There is also a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom with natural light. Everything was very clean, cozy and quiet. The garden is also great, where you can relax or play table tennis, there are also playground equipment (swing, etc.) for younger children. From the apartment you can quickly reach cafes, a pizzeria or even the city - we were able to do everything on foot. Giorgio also gave us recommendations for various restaurants or places of interest in Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgio's place and definitely recommend it👍🏻

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Roberto is a friendly and communicative host. We really appreciated being able to check in earlier and returned to a neat and clean apartment. We could really tell the effort that Roberto puts in to ensure that every guest feels welcome. The apartment was well located and walkable to plenty of amenities and the main highlights that Bologna has to offer.

Dario’s place is the most well stocked Airbnb I have ever come across. He has absolutely everything you could need, from cooking, cleaning items to actually stocked food and drinks, I was stunned how generous he is leaving all those options. The place is so clean and tidy and in a quiet area. As a single female traveller it was also safe and easy to find. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Cristina is really kind and helpful and the room was super comfy and clean. The house is close to the airport, so it's very convenient to walk there. If I visit Bologna again, I'll surely come back! :)

Communication with Piero was very easy from the start. His apartment a few minutes' walk to Piazza Maggiore allowed us to fully enjoy the city center and take breaks in our days. Piero made several recommendations to us, all of which improved our stay. Feel free to ask them for tips and recommendations. Special mention to the breakfasts with music, served in the living room with soulful decor. We highly recommend this homestay experience, and to be honest, we don't see how it could have been better!
