The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

Casa veramente molto comoda, ordinata e completa di ogni comfort. La pulizia dell’appartamento all’arrivo è stata impeccabile e un altro aspetto molto importante da considerare è il parcheggio riservato in grado di ospitare anche auto di notevole lunghezza. Elisa è un host molto reattiva nelle risposte e che ha curato ogni particolare del nostro soggiorno sin da prima dell’arrivo. Molto consigliata!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Host reattivo nelle risposte ai messaggi e molto cordiale, la casa è molto spaziosa e in ordine, offre da dormire a più persone, la cucina viene lasciata con anche viveri per poter fare una prima colazione. Posto consigliato a chi intende pernottare per più di una notte

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

O Antonio e a Alessandra são magníficos anfitriões, são pessoas muito amigáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. O apartamento tem excelentes condições que nos fizeram sentir em casa. Recomendo mesmo muito!

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich von Giorgio begrüßt und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das von seiner Familie genutzt wird. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig mit bequemen Betten und Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem gibt es eine Wohnküche und ein Bad mit Tageslicht. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Toll ist auch der Garten, wo man sich entspannen oder Tischtennis spielen kann, auch Spielgeräte (Schaukel etc.) für jüngere Kinder gibt es. Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell bei Cafés, einer Pizzeria oder auch in der Stadt - wir haben alles zu Fuß unternehmen können. Giorgio gab uns auch Empfehlungen für verschiedene Lokale oder interessante Orte in Bologna. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Giorgio sehr genossen und empfehlen ihn auf jeden Fall weiter👍🏻

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

L’appartamento è piccolo, ma accogliente. Sono disponibili diverse cose che vanno oltre all’essenziale (tv, aria condizionata, bollitore…) . Roberto è un host attento e disponibile, abbiamo avuto una piccola incomprensione per il check out ed è stato assolutamente gentile e flessibile. La posizione è ottima e la piazza maggiore si raggiunge senza problemi a piedi. Le fotografie sono un po’ vecchie ed alcune cose sono state cambiate, ma soprattutto sono un po’ fuorvianti perchè fanno sembrare la camera piú grande e piú luminosa di quanto non sia realmente; io sono andata in un momento in cui c’erano dei lavori e dovendo tenere chiuse le tende oscuranti l’appartamento era davvero buio. La finestra in bagno è nella doccia e si affaccia verso l’esterno, in un posto in cui se qualcuno dovesse fermarsi, vedrebbe nella doccia, ma il problema è facilmente risolvibile con un asciugamano. Il prezzo è un po’ elevato per lo spazio disponibile, ma i servizi bilanciano il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Dario’s place is the most well stocked Airbnb I have ever come across. He has absolutely everything you could need, from cooking, cleaning items to actually stocked food and drinks, I was stunned how generous he is leaving all those options. The place is so clean and tidy and in a quiet area. As a single female traveller it was also safe and easy to find. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Man fühlt sich sehr wohl bei Laura. Sie ist hilfsbereit, hat tolle Tipps und macht ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Haus mit tollen Bildern und fantastischer Aussicht lohnen sich sehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La communication avec Piero a été dès le début fort aisée. Son appartement à une poignée de minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore nous a permi de profiter pleinement du centre ville et de faire des pauses dans nos journées. Piero nous a fait plusieurs recommendations qui ont toutes améliorées notre séjour. N'hésitez pas à lui demander quelques conseils et adresses. Mention spéciale aux petits déjeuners en musique, servi dans son salon à la décoration pleine d'âme. Nous recommandons chaudement cette expérience de logement chez l'habitant, et pour être honnête, nous voyons mal comment elle aurait pu être meilleure !

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era era ben curata, silenziosa e spaziosa. La colazione con prodotti fatti in casa davvero buona!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Wir standen leider im Stau und hatten zwei Stunden Verspätung; trotz später Stunde wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand und nahe der Autobahn, es ist daher als Zwischenstop oder für Ausflüge nach Parma/Modena ideal. Das Frühstück war phänomenal und wurde von der Mitarbeiterin Lira mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Stefano und Marilena waren die besten Gastgeber*innen. Da wir mit dem Zug anreisten hat uns Stefano vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch sonst ab und an gefahren. Das Haus ist so idyllisch gelegen, dass man eigentlich tagelang vom Balkon ins Grüne blicken und die Gedanken schweifen lassen möchte. Trotzdem kann man einiges unternehmen. Wir waren wandern vor Ort und haben uns die Burg angeschaut. das Frühstück war super lecker und Stefano und Marilena waren immer sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und freundlich zu uns. Einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.

La casa di Bona é splendida, un posto dove rilassarsi e godere di un’atmosfera fuori dal tempo. E’ stato come entrare in una casa di campagna inglese, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, rispettando la natura dei luoghi e la loro vegetazione. La colazione è da favola e la stanza pulita e accogliente. Bona e la sua famiglia, sono disponibili ed amichevoli, chiacchierare con loro è davvero molto piacevole. Siamo davvero soddisfatti, torneremo presto a trovare Ostria Vento!
