The apartment was even nicer than in the photo, very large, clean and brand new. The location, just in front of the sea, very comfortable. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gabriele was an extremely helpful and kind host, immediately available for every need or suggestion. Absolutely recommended, we'll be back!

We only stayed at the accommodation offered by Christian for one night, especially the night of August. Despite being check-in at 2:00 pm, we asked if we could postpone a few hours, finding a positive response. Christian was very kind, in terms of communication and service, really impeccable. The place is very nice, we found it tidy and super clean. We also especially appreciated the large parking area. What can I say, if you want to spend days in Santa Teresa, or nearby if you're self-driving, Christian's place is really ideal!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Piero's place. Apartment with attention to detail, continuous availability from the host made our vacation unforgettable. The apartment has an amazing view, it's very well equipped, everything as in the description. But the cherry on the cake is Domenico's mom, she is super friendly. She doesn't speak English but was super helpful. I really recommend this accommodation.

We loved our stay in Consolato's home with our family (3 children and 2 adults). The place where the house is located is the perfect base from which to explore Calabria. We visited Scilla and Tropea, highly recommended. The house itself is spacious, very clean and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can also cook at home. We thought the spacious terrace was a winner! From the house you can walk to the beach in a few minutes and breakfast can be reached at the local bakery at very favorable prices 2 minutes away. We were also able to park our rental car just next to the house. We arrived after 11 PM but were welcomed with open arms by the very friendly mom. All bath and bedding are provided in the property. We will definitely come back to this house! We have also lost our heart to this beautiful part of Italy, you are very hospitable people. We enjoy a top holiday at Consolato ♥️

It is a beautiful house and has everything, the strategic location is a short distance from everything from both the sea and the city center with excellent bus and train connections very close by. The real peculiarity is that Giovanni makes you feel at home. And with him, the whole palace welcomes you and accompanies you in the living room. Warm and kind atmosphere and nice, thoughtful tenants. We stayed for a fairly long period and found ourselves loving "Casa Mimma" and the whole building that never made us feel alone always with discretion and courtesy. Giovanni is very kind and always ready for anything, he is pragmatic and resourceful. The house is a small oasis in the jungle of the city. Accurately renovated and newly furnished, you can see the attention to detail and attention to the guest. From the balcony you can see the sea and Sicily. A few meters away is the main street with a supermarket provided, homemade, tobacco shop We recommend this warm and comfortable accommodation

Claudia is a superkind and very helpful host, she’s ready to answer all the questions always very fast. She came to the train station to meet us and showed us the town. We are very grateful and thank you again! The apartment is amazing, we felt like at home. It is a seaside flat, and has a balcony with sea view and with a beautiful flowering tree in front of it. We spent 5 days in Nizza in october, it’s a calm small town, it was definitely not crowded by tourists, the beach, the sea and the weather were all great. You have everything you need (bakery, café, shop) in walk distance. Nizza is a good startpoint to visit other towns nearby, as it has train and bus stops. Highly recommended!

The check in process and location may seem daunting, but it was perfect for exploring Sicily right off easy to take car ferry ... the rooms and balcony were clean and spacious - the view and nearby pizza was excellent for our first night - would love to stay and visit my homeland again someday!

Very nice apartment, in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The balcony overlooks the sea, and there are shops and cafes, and a bus stop very close. We recommend and wish you all the best.

It was a wonderful experience in this home. The terraces offer a magnificent view. This accommodation is perfect for large families, it's very spacious and well-equipped. The host greeted us and was very warm. As soon as we had any questions during the stay, she answered us in less than two minutes by phone and gave us good recommendations. The only point to improve is the cleanliness in the bathroom. Indeed, there are traces of mold on the edges of the shower and it is really the only thing that needs to be improved in this accommodation. Otherwise I recommend it :)

We had very good time. The place is right by the sea and despite is winter, in February, the weather is still warm. Might not be like in summer but there are beautiful walks on the beach you can do and if you are brave enough also swim. Nearby by there are so many beautiful medieval historic towns to visit and amazing landscapes. Mountain and see melt together making Calabria an amazing region. The fact that Italy is so narrow there you can visit 2 different seas in such short time distance. Alessandro was very helpful and the flat is super well made and organised. Perfect for a family like our. We loved it!

Antonimina was a pleasant discovery for us, it is completely regenerated: the chimes of the bell mark a slow time and now forgotten, the people of the country are extremely inclusive. Pietro, our host, seemed to have known him forever. The apartment is in a great location, complete with everything, you can sleep very well and there is really no need for the air conditioner, the fan is enough and advances and certain nights we also kept it off. We used the kitchen as it is functional and equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, cookware, plates and cutlery. A very small tip is to equip the kitchen with an initial kit of: salt, sugar, coffee and oil to maximize the comfort that is already very high. Me, my husband and Beatrice, our Golden Retriever have left a piece of heart there and will be back to repeat this wonderful experience. Thanks ❤️🥰!

Great deal! Beach front, walking distance from the beach and from restaurant + utility shop. The house was perfect, felt at home right away. Ezio is really kind and ready to help if need plus the apartment has literally everything!

Completely renovated apartment within walking distance of the center. All the points of interest of Palmi can be reached on foot. Inside everything is new and clean, the appliances are working. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
