We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thank you

Stayed here as it was in the town my husband’s grandfather was born in, and we wanted to explore the area. The apartment had anything you needed, including a well equipped kitchen, although we chose to enjoy the nearby restaurants (which were great). Francesco and Carlo (brothers) were super nice, and although they spoke little English and we spoke little Italian, we were able to communicate easily. They were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early on arrival day as we were both under the weather. The location seemed a bit daunting at first (it’s off a small country road), but once you drove it, it was super convenient and close to town and the water. And, the recommendation for Joe Pizza (not at all just pizza) was spot on. All in all, a great stay!

Beautiful view and an amazing family. The house is very village like and feels like it’s supposed to be. Love the vibe with many different fruit trees in the backyard, oranges, cactus, grapes, and a bonus olive tree. They even have cats all over the backyard, it was magical. The host is very responsive and friendly. He was one of our best so far!

Beautiful detached house with breathtaking views above cozy marina ,that terrace with that view I will bring it forever inside. Mauro is a very helpful person and gave us many great tips ,the beach is a very spacious and not at all crowded car,I was on Sunday morning and there were very few people ,I recommend visiting the village of Chateau at the top ,a pearl in the mountains .....

We had very good time. The place is right by the sea and despite is winter, in February, the weather is still warm. Might not be like in summer but there are beautiful walks on the beach you can do and if you are brave enough also swim. Nearby by there are so many beautiful medieval historic towns to visit and amazing landscapes. Mountain and see melt together making Calabria an amazing region. The fact that Italy is so narrow there you can visit 2 different seas in such short time distance. Alessandro was very helpful and the flat is super well made and organised. Perfect for a family like our. We loved it!

A lovely apartment with a glorious balcony view over the water and the charming Chianalea fishing village . Lots of great restaurants serving local specialties. Grazia and Pasquale were gracious hosts ,even picking us up and dropping us to the station . The apartment provides all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Scilla.

Great deal! Beach front, walking distance from the beach and from restaurant + utility shop. The house was perfect, felt at home right away. Ezio is really kind and ready to help if need plus the apartment has literally everything!

Completely renovated apartment within walking distance of the center. All the points of interest of Palmi can be reached on foot. Inside everything is new and clean, the appliances are working. There is air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment is very clean, well-equipped for 2 people. Close to the beach and dining options. Very good contact with Alessandra , we were early and she welcomed us without any problems. She provided typical Italian breakfasts . Recommended 👍

We had a great stay here and it was far too short as we had one night passing through. But, Marcello was very responsive through the whole process and even met us during check in although it was late evening. Parking is right beside the Airbnb along the street but free and a quiet road. The place was very clean and had basically everything you need including cooking utensils, breakfast items, etc. Marcello gave us recommendations for local restaurants too. I would 100% stay here again but next time I would make sure it was for several days to truly enjoy the place.
