Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. Kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Thank you Francesco. It will be a pleasure to be your guests again.

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Warm welcome, LKatia met us by car to help us find the property. Very clean house and very well-kept. From the terrace you have a nice view on the sea and on clear days on Stromboli. The girdino is curated like the rest of the house and boasts beautiful hydrangeas. The only handicap is the access area. Scylla is interrupted by a landslide that runs for a longer ride but not much

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

We're long time visitors to Italy but this was our first time in Calabria and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than Casa San Rocco in lovely Guardavalle. Susan was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had during booking, like how to get there from the airport! She's fluent in Italian too so can help with anything in advance of you arriving and also has some local people on hand to assist with any enquiries during your stay, restaurants etc. Talking of which the local food is amazing, make sure you stop by the nearby bakery - "Pina's" and check out her delicious breads & cakes as well as the restaurant underneath. Apartment is super well appointed, great kitchen with all mod cons and lovely view of the valley, generous sized bedrooms with balconies and best of all the lovely big roof terrace with seating and a pergola for shade, could sit up there all day, drink in hand enjoying the view while the swifts fly around your head! Beautiful view and an amazing family. The house is very village like and feels like it’s supposed to be. Love the vibe with many different fruit trees in the backyard, oranges, cactus, grapes, and a bonus olive tree. They even have cats all over the backyard, it was magical. The host is very responsive and friendly. He was one of our best so far!

Excellent gist very friendly parents easy to access

I really enjoyed my stay in Pietro's apartment. The apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Pietro was a kind and thoughtful guest. Thank you Pietro.

We had been guests two years ago at another home from the same host and had a good time, a specific, punctual and friendly host was reconfirmed again thisyear. It won't be the last time we're hosting.

The apartment is bright and ventilated, well located in the village of Bova Marina. Maria Luisa was very kind and helpful. I hope to come back again.

We stayed for five days and enjoyed the incredible view of the mountains and sea from the terrace. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is important to know that there are many stairs both inside the apartment, and getting to the apartment from the parking locations. Having said that, Marco was very thoughtful in checking that the stairs would not be a problem for my elderly father. Marco also was helpful with his knowledge of the town of Grotteria. We were able to find out more about our family history and the house in which my father grew up.

Great house on 3 floors for many people with 10 beds in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower and 4 great terraces - 2 of them with beautiful views of the water. The decor and the house is typically Italian, it is lovingly, simple and functional for a holiday stay and very spacious; the garden is particularly well designed with lots of seating areas, great plants as well as outdoor grill. We just couldn't find the hair dryer. Gino is a great host! He even wanted to pick us up from the airport, showed us the house and where we can find everything. There were cold drinks in the fridge upon our arrival and he gave us great tips for the region. Gino was also always available in between. The four of us had an exceptionally great time at Gino's and highly recommend vacationing here.

The house in Scilla impresses with its prime location right by the sea and its proximity to the center, which made our stay particularly pleasant. Alessandra gave us a friendly welcome and explained everything important. Pierluigi was always available and gave us many good tips for the area. Overall we enjoyed our time in Scilla and very much appreciated the charming atmosphere of the place as well as the proximity to the beach.

It was a great choice for a few quiet and peaceful days. The house where you can relax surrounded by nature, the wonderful sea that you can reach in 8-10 minutes, smiling and caring hosts... They also provided solutions to every need we had in the shortest time. It was the best house and the best host for the houses we have stayed in so far. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone. We were very pleased.

We had a wonderful 13 days staying at Max’s lovely villa which had everything that we needed. We did a lot of travelling around in the daytime so was lovely to come back and cook a meal in the evening and then relax and have a bottle of local wine Max was very helpful the one small problem we did have was sorted out within a hour The property is in a nice isolated area in excellent condition with nice grounds and swimming pool and Max couldn’t do enough for you, The only downside which was nothing to do with Max was the barking dogs nearby. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend this property

Ambra and Orazio are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. The price of the stay is justified by the amazing sea view, the private access to it (a stones and pebbles but comfortable beach, with pristine water) and the vast, beautiful and well equiped ground. The house is relatively large and niceless decorated. It is good to be aware of a few details: barely functioning internet, some noise from the road (it can be an annoyance at night from the bedrooms) and old windows. Overall, it is nevertheless worth recommending.

Manuel's place is a beautiful structure on the Ionian state road, the house is renovated with a livable outdoor space. The furniture is very simple. Great for a beach house. Manuel is an excellent landlord, responsive to all requests and really very kind, he is a security because he can solve the problems that may occur during a stay. The house is in a unique location, just open a gate and you're practically on the beach. The beaches are very spacious and very clean, the sea is really nice. A great strength beyond the location is the air conditioning of the entire house with the possibility of being able to regulate the temperature in every room and have the feeling you are in a cool room but without the direct air of the air conditioner. The town lends itself to a classic vacation in the sign of rest and tranquility. The car is recommended to allow visits to the various neighboring countries. I will definitely be back
