Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Enjoy your stay in this unique, quiet and centrally located historic gem with views of the Duomo, the old town, and green courtyards. Located in the attic, you can reach it via 60 steps. In addition to the bedroom, there are three single beds scattered throughout the apartment. It has a high-quality equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are three theaters, a cinema, a supermarket and many restaurants.

Lovingly renovated country house

The house has been converted into a vacation home and also a seminar house for yoga and similar events. It is quiet and tranquil to live indoors and outdoors. The rural surroundings invite you to walk, hike, bike, and go on excursions. Since December 2022, it has been possible to use a separate outdoor sauna for a fee, on request.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
