The "Villa am Fluss" is a wonderful place that is located directly on the Pegnitz and exudes a unique atmosphere. The house's history, which can be felt at every turn, makes the stay particularly exciting, and the old town is within walking distance. The sound of the river makes for an incredible inner peace. Stefan is a great host who strikes the perfect balance between proximity and distance, so we felt very comfortable. An unforgettable experience was also the walk in front of the house, where we met a beaver – a moment we will never forget. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is great and modernly designed. It has good amenities and everything necessary is available. The host is very friendly and quickly answered my questions. I really recommend the apartment with a clear conscience ☺️

Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

A very nice place to stay especially for dog owners. You are right in the forest. From the house you can take a nice circular hiking trail, other hiking trails are nearby. Well-furnished place to stay. We'd love to come back

We immediately felt very cozy and private in Corina's apartment. the apartment is spacious, warm and pleasant. It was quiet at night. we had everything we needed. the car could be parked in front of the house. Very pleasant hosts. Very good communication. I would stay again and would gladly recommend it to others.

We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

Fantastically beautifully refurbished old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to keep busy (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, and much more). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Even six people could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know, but a flexible check-in via a key safe is also possible. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Everything is great, perfect place for a group. Especially the large kitchen invites you to cook and play together.

The cottage is really beautiful and renovated with love for the details. Everything we needed as a family of five was there, and even more. It is a huge, very nicely landscaped garden at the house where the children could romp around. There is also plenty of seating all around the house. The landlords are very nice and accommodating, there really remained nothing to be desired. Thanks for the beautiful holiday week!

We spent a very nice extended friends weekend at Haus Lieselotte. The spacious living/dining area was perfect for 9 adults & 5 kids! Also great, you are in the forest in less than 5 minutes 🌳 and there are several playgrounds within walking distance. Overall, we felt very comfortable and David was super friendly & responded very quickly to questions. Worth coming back 🤗

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

This was a GREAT place to stay! Located near Arnulfplatz, right next to Bus lines, quick walk to the river front and only steps away from Old Town. Quick walk from the train station too! Very clean and comfy spaces, bed was comfortable. And the kitchen is well equipped! Good clear checkin instructions and not hard to find. Will definitely be back with my wife and kiddo!

This home is one of the best we have stayed at. First and foremost Gabi was incredibly responsive and helpful, additionally her English is fantastic! The home itself has amazingly beautiful views with a walking path right outside. The home is new so it has all of the creature comforts one needs. The appliances are all top notch, the floor warming was a treat and I even learned how to bake in the German oven. I also very much appreciated the colors in the bedroom. The beds were very comfy and we got very good sleep due to the peacefulness of the area. We will be going back here again for sure!
