The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We also rent two guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. Beautiful, modern, 1-room apartment (25 sqm) in a small separate house in Gasseldorf (district outside of Ebermannstadt). The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
