Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Small vacation home (Bungaloase)

The small red bungalow, renovated in 2008, sits separately on our property with its own entrance. Around 50 m² include a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchen, dining space and sofa corner. The kitchen offers an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Underfloor heating and a stove provide comfort. Garden furniture is available. For an extra fee, you can enjoy a warm outdoor bath in our wood‑heated Dutchtub.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

The solid garden shed is a separate accommodation [approx. 19 sqm] with toilet and sink, close to nature in our garden behind the house, for up to 3 people.; Baby travel cot on request. Kettle, instant coffee and tea are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. NO shower, NO kitchen! There are 2 more guest rooms in the house. There is also a guest bathroom there.
