It is a studio lay out with a cal king bed and a sofa bed. Has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. On the property we have chickens. (They are free range, so watch your step) Pet friendly, however there is an additional $10 fee.

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
