I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and really lovely house which had everything we needed. We were visiting family and come to Chichester often. We will definitely book again!

Matt was great, very responsive, more than happy to help and offer recommendations. The location is an easy walk to the tube and amazingly for London the street was quiet and had on street parking right outside the house. The house was perfect for 5 of us, the sofa in the lounge so comfortable, two ensuites and a downstairs loo, and the kitchen well equiped. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, stones throw from the beach, lovely walk to Pevensey Castle. Comfy beds, massive sofas! Lovely wood burner. Had a lovely time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

Rosalind was quick to respond to all my questions and incredibly accommodating when we needed a late check out. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to navigate.

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Had such a wonderful stay at the lodge, beautiful surroundings overlooking the lake, just stunning and the hot tub was a great edition. Lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival as well which was a nice touch.

Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

The urban stay flat I had was PERFECT. It was spotless, and had all the little things you could think of (including a nespresso machine). The building was private so it felt safe and everyone was super friendly and helpful in the building. The amenities were great, having a gym to use was amazing as well as a separate coworking space for when I had to do some work. The flat was walking distance to so many great shopping spots, restaurants and transportation ways. I would 100% stay with them again when in London for long periods of time!

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! Absolutely magical! Myself, Vicki, and our cockapoo Roly had the most incredible 4-day stay at Toby and Kate’s beautiful pool shed in Kent. This is our third time there! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is stunning, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special again. The pool shed really is a hidden gem — beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, and surrounded by the most tranquil countryside. The pool itself was a total dream, and Roly had the best time exploring the garden and surrounding land (and occasionally stealing the spotlight himself!). Toby and Kate are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and full of local tips. They’ve truly created something magical here — a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and a touch of luxury. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return! Five stars just isn’t enough. Thank you for everything Toby and Kate. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindest regards xxx

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Really wonderful host, and a spotless cabin. It was a very peaceful and convenient stay. We were welcomed wonderfully and felt so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

My wife, small dog and myself had a long stay in this wonderful flat in Wanstead. We felt right at home with all the amenities you would expect and some nice luxury touches to make it feel extra special. The property was well presented and thoroughly clean throughout. The host Charlotte was super helpful and friendly and we communicated throughout the stay, zero issues and was great to deal with such lovely people. We loved the area of Wanstead village, the property is literally on the High St where there are a plethora of good shops and amazing local restaurants to try out. Lovely walks nearby to explore nature. A highlight for us was private parking as we had our vehicle with us, the forecourt was spacious and made it very convenient to come and go. Very close to 2 tube stations on the Central line which makes getting into central London a breeze. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts, A+ experience. Would definitely stay again.

Greeted by a very friendly and welcoming Daniel who showed us how everything worked and was helpful with local pub recommendations - instantly felt at ease and welcome into this beaut of a cottage. Hot tub was fantastic and private garden was a haven of calm for the weekend. Cottage was cosy, practical and very modern space with everything you need. Would highly recommend and will deffo be back 100%

Our third stay and just as wonderful as those prior! An idyllic property and area. Always pristine with a wonderfully large/pretty/safe garden for our two dogs. The area is beautifully peaceful and has some fabulous local walks, and it’s well placed for travelling to various nearby towns and beaches. A perfect trip for a change of scenery and some much needed downtime. Looking forward to our fourth trip later in the year!
