5 Star, and highly recommend! Sovereign Grounds is a beautifully curated and private area of the property which is even better in person than the photos (which capture all of the amenities well). My doggo and I loved the serenity of the garden whilst being so close to all that Ballarat offers. The welcome book outlined all the info that was needed, and recommended places to visit - Lambley Nursery was worth the drive! Thanks to Clare and Col for providing a really thoughtful space, filled with comfort and style. The couch and the bed were so comfortable, which can be a hard combo to find in an Airbnb.

Outstanding home in a perfect location for Ballarat, being close enough to the central district, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The house itself had excellent tv for watching streaming services, and the kitchen is very well equipped. A great breakfast spread. Too many places give you just enough coffee for 1 morning before you then you have to go and find a shop with the right coffee pods etc. But Christine and Mark have provided an ample amount. Plus many places provide 1 dishwasher tablet or 1 sachet for cleaning, or no garbage bags. This place provides all the extra things you need to help keep the place tidy. Kitchen appliances and little things like condiments all available. Very well thought out to cater for guests who are paying for a home away from home. Mission accomplished. We have stayed in many air bnb, and this would be arguably the best for providing the essentials for a trip away. Thank you also for the easter eggs - a nice personal touch.

The house was very nicely furnished and Trevor provided very thoughtful welcome amenities, bread, cookies and such. There was not a lot of hanging space but for our short visit it was good , the outdoor space was very pleasant and comfortable. If staying, be good to have a car. Trevor was a great communicator and everything was easy and comfortable.

A lovely place right near the city. Quiet and well maintained, clean and very well equipped for all your needs. There was nothing Michelle didn't think of. The bed was very comfortable and truly a place you can call home for a great stay in Ballarat. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return. Thanks so much!
