Great stay, Great Host!

Kevin was a wonderful host! He was very responsive. We received some great suggestions to adventure to and we made great memories at his rental location. We arrived after dark which makes it hard to navigate on its own, however we were able to speak by phone and Kevin got us in the right direction. Such a relief after a long day of travel! The rental was decorated lovely and had all that we needed and more. The view and serenity was just was what was expected and more. Perfect honeymoon location. We are dog lovers and enjoyed the very friendly local stray hounds. The greeted us on arrival, and walked us to our car when we departed. We treated them and enjoyed their company! Would 100% return and have recommended to our friends and on social media. Thanks fir everything Kevin!

Khalilah did an amazing job at welcoming us even when our flights were delayed and canceled! She even went out of her way to plan a special gift upon our arrival knowing we were honeymooning! Overall amazing space with exceptional views!

Cathy’s studio was perfect. I was a solo traveler, however the space would be great for a couple also. It is in a quiet neighborhood over the hill, so if you want peaceful surroundings this is the place. You will need a car as it is away from the Maho and Simpson Bay area where most of the nightlife is. SXM is a small island so you can be at any location in 15-20 min. Cathy gives perfect instructions on how to find here studio. Be ready for the incredible view as you come over the hill and down into Guana Bay. There was some bread, juice, cheese, and some fruit in the refrigerator upon arrival. That was nice to have to have a snack before going to the grocery store. AC worked wonderfully the entire trip. I really enjoyed the screened porch where I could sit and smoke a cigar. The dog on the property is adorable and will come to the screen door and say hello. I would absolutely stay at Cathy’s place again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate! Can’t beat the value!!!!
