Fab apartment! We really loved the Little Caribbean neighbourhood in which Francesca's place is located. Some great bars and restaurants up and down Nostrand Avenue, and SO convenient for the 2 or 5 trains up into Manhattan. Very highly recommended.

A great place to stay in this quiet part of Brooklyn with cute shops and restaurants around. Would stay there again.

My partner and I stayed here late June for a weekend and it was wonderful. The area, unlike anywhere else I've been in NYC, smelled like flowers as you walked out of the apartment. Great location to walk around, eat, shop and not far from subway stations that could get you to Manhattan in around 40 minutes. Vikas was great and very fast to respond with any questions. All in all a great stay start to finish!

Perfect short stay in Park Slope with Ian and Patrick in their very beautiful home. It's a lovely area with lots of great cafes and restaurants - the apartment is a short walk to the subway and Prospect Park. Ian and Patrick were great hosts and the room had everything I needed (inc. a very comfortable bed).

Location is great close to two subway stations. Considering nyc prices this is a great choice to be just outside manhattan since it’s super easy to get into the city. Place can get hot when it’s warm but fan helps. Lots of rules but just be an adult and nothing to worry about but you can tell that have had some dummies stay with them. They are super organized and it works well

Risha’s place was great for our long weekend in Brooklyn visiting family. Risha and Josef were very friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a cozy space with the only sitting area being at the kitchen table, but that was fine as we came to NY to explore. The bed is comfy, and the view of the back courtyard is pleasant. Bathing in the clawfoot tub in the kitchen, rather than a typical shower made for a unique experience. Red Hook is an interesting neighborhood with a number of restaurants and breweries and easy access to Manhattan via the ferry. The Food Bazaar store is an easy walk if you need groceries and they have everything!

We love this apartment! The location is perfect for us and it is large and very well appointed. We'll be back.

Cherisse was a wonderful host during my stay in New York. She's lovely to interact with, and I loved hearing her stories. I always came back from my day to a clean room, and though at night you could hear sounds from the street she offered earplugs for me to use. I personally did not need them, but I appreciated her consideration. Staying at this place felt like I was staying at a friend's house - I didn't feel like just a 'customer' to her, but I felt taken care of which is something you don't always find in an AirBnb or even at a hotel! I plan on staying with her again the next time I visit New York City. I do want to emphasize that NYC has unique rules for Airbnb's, so do read the house rules so you have a clear idea of what you're booking. This will make your stay much smoother with no gaps in communication. I look forward to booking with Cherisse again in the future, not just as someone who's staying at her place, but as someone's who's now a friend.

Such an amazing and comfortable spot right in the heart of jersey city! Ben and Janine were both super kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home from start to finish. The amenities were very thoughtful from laundry pods to bedside fans, and being on the basement floor made for much-needed cooler temps during the NJ summer. Highly recommend making this your home away from home if you’re ever in the area!

Great location within Jersey City. Well worth the price. Much of what we wanted to see/do was within walking distance. Street parking was available but a parking garage was also well within walking distance. Responsive to messages. 10/10 would stay again.

I had such a lovely stay here during my trip. The location in Putnam was super lively and felt very local, in the best way. I especially loved grabbing a coffee from the nearby coffee shop and drinking it in the private backyard to the sound of the morning birds. Also, only a 10 min walk to the C train to Manhattan! The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, with a full kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook when I wasn’t dining out. The private entrance and multiple security doors made me feel really safe, which I massively appreciated as a solo traveler. I did all my communication through Linda, (co-host) and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, friendly, super responsive and had some great food recommendations that really made the trip feel more personal. It was a smooth check-in and she happily accommodated my later arrival which I’m so thankful for. Honestly, I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in NYC. Made great memories I’ll cherish forever.

Nice, relatively quiet/peaceful Brooklyn neighborhood, easy to park on the street and close to several train lines. Enough space for two couples (if you’re close friends - the murphy bed is in between the back bedroom and the bathroom) or a small family, with a cute little back patio seating area. Sean was especially nice and made check in, etc. super easy. Recommend Before Coffee down the street and the Northern Italian restaurant Testo right next door.

Vlad was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond. The house was perfect, nothing to complain about... ample space, a beautiful kitchen, a bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden, a dream backyard, and quiet, typical surroundings. Getting to Manhattan was also incredibly easy, just a very pleasant 7-minute walk to the PATH train, which takes you to the World Trade Center in just two stops. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Vlad!

The space was very roomy compared to what you can usually find in New York. The view from the room was mostly an overgrown lot, but otherwise, the room was great. You can’t really go wrong staying here on your trip.

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

The apartment was wonderful, super cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. This is truly a great example of how to treat guests. Highly recommend this place - such a great apartment and overall experience!

Our host Paula was extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to all my question and messages in a very timely manner, often within minutes. Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
