The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Amazing house. We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was perfect for our group. The house was so charming. Oliver did a great job responding to all of our needs quickly. Would stay here again!

Provencal farmhouse with authentic charm nestled in the heart of a beautiful property with a pleasant furnished terrace. Thoughtful decor and impeccable bedding. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings of Bormes-les-Mimosas, discovering the vineyards, hiking on the golden islands or going to Cabasson beach on foot. A gem!

Very nice apartment with fantastic, large sun terrace with sea view & well-equipped kitchen. You could park in front of the property. The beach is within walking distance and also the bus station is right nearby for trips to Le Lavandou or even St.Tropez. At a small well-equipped supermarket you can shop well and get fresh baguette every morning. You can very well jog to the nearest villages and discover other beaches on the extra paths for bicycles and pedestrians. We liked the apartment very much and everything worked out great. The beds were very comfortable and we felt comfortable. In terms of price, it was already very expensive, but because you can cook well in the apartment, it was okay. Only the very small extra toilet without a sink was not quite optimal. In addition, we would have liked more towels for the hair. Otherwise everything is perfect! We had a great time & thank you for the host!

We had a wonderful 4 days at Adelé's house. Beautiful location, very close to the beach and all services (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance in a few minutes. The apartment has recently been tastefully renovated and is equipped with all the comforts. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, which is ideal if you have children. Adelé was very kind and answered all our questions from our arrival until the day of check-out, providing us with lots of useful information and suggestions on what to see, the most beautiful beaches in the area, and recommending excellent restaurants. We will definitely come back for a longer period next time😀.

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

A lovely 10 day stay in this beautiful bay. The flat was all we needed for 5. The view from the terrace is beautiful. A quiet area and easy/safe to walk down to the beach in minutes. The nearest shop and bakery is in the next town - too far to walk, but well stocked. We loved the Proxi shop in Cavaliere (opposite direction to Rayol and only 2 mins more to get there) which was food shop and bakery combined. Our favourite beach was Jean Blanc / Elephant just past Cavaliere. A lovely section of the coast to visit and a comfortable place to stay whilst doing it. The kitchen was small but very well stocked with appliances etc, even a dishwasher which was a bonus. Thanks for having us

This is the second time we have rented from Catherine. The location and setting are very functional. Catherine is a responsive host and the accommodation is very cozy with a beautiful quiet terrace.

I can only recommend Jacqueline. I arrived the day before the bad weather and while no local shops were accessible and we had no water and electricity, Jacqueline did everything to make sure I had everything I needed: food, medicine, drinking water, candles, etc. That day I was sick and her help was very valuable to me. Jacqueline is very welcoming, the apartment is very charming, a short walk to the beach. Everything is in walking distance. The place is perfect! I know I'll be back at Jacqueline's! Thanks again

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is small but nice, the kitchen is well equipped and it is great fun to cook something there and then eat outside on the terrace with sea view. The beach is perfect for those who don't want to go far but still seek peace. The beach was well attended at the end of May, but not crowded and quiet.

A beautiful location facing the Giscle Canal. A very comfortable and very well-equipped cocoon. A small house background that is very popular Change of scenery and calm guaranteed.

We had a very pleasant long weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two very convenient bathrooms. I highly recommend for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on site.

We had a great time at Jean-Paul and Michelle's place: the accommodation was perfect, very well equipped as at home, very nicely decorated , very well located with a superb garden. We were extremely well received with great recommendations for visits and restaurants and a welcome bottle. Our hosts were discreet and charming, we would highly recommend this accommodation!

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!

We see this in the many other positive reviews. Small but very functional and perfectly equipped accommodation... right on the water. Special mention for the fact that the dune in front is not fenced (most of the other neighboring buildings have a view of a fence...) which means that the terrace really overlooks a superb privileged setting. Bedding a little soft for us but it's a matter of taste.
