We had a pleasant stay: very good welcome, clear instructions, good communication... The apartment is tastefully decorated and functional. The residence, which we knew, offers several activities: petanque, ping pong… The beach is 2 minutes and a few stairs away. Good restaurants nearby. We'll be happy to go back!

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

A beautiful place to stay. Great equipped - the four of us had a wonderful time there as a family. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness and the very good condition of the house. The whole area is fantastic and we can recommend everyone to vacation there.

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. We had a very pleasant long weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two very convenient bathrooms. I highly recommend for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on site.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

Thanks to Matthieu for hosting us and for his nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the secure but very easy access to the apartment (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
