Tamara's place has a lovely outlook onto the canal. It was lovely to sit and watch either from the deck or the lounge room the goings on in the canal. Swans, ducks, coots and cormorants were regularly on the water. It's a lovely spot and an easy walk to the Raymond Island ferry (which is free for pedestrians) which has a wonderful Koala Trail walk. We also walked to 'SARDINE dining' which is a wonderful fine dining restaurant in Paynesville. Tamara's place was exactly as described and communication was quick and easy. I would recommend to other travellers.

Ingrid & Richad’s place is literally, an excellent place to stay. It's all about nature and creativity. Ingrid and Richard are not only very friendly but also very supportive. It deserves more than 5 stars, but unfortunately, Airbnb doesn't have enough stars to rate. I highly recommend their place to everyone.

Lovely house. We had a great weekend away here. Great yard and so much to do with kids! We loved walking down along the water and we loved being outdoors and playing in the cubby or basketball. The house was so nice and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen and Rob’s place. They maintain the house in excellent condition, and it is equipped with everything we needed. Rob welcomed us enthusiastically upon our arrival. The location is beautiful and quiet, and our family enjoyed a great time in the house, which has a river view and a private jetty for fishing. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The place was immaculate and spotless, and it can comfortably accommodate two families. Do note that towels and bed linen are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to the shore. We especially enjoyed our night-time strolls on the beach under the stars — truly magical. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite and balcony was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, which was important since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is a FoodWorks mini-supermarket close by, but we did our main shopping in Sale on the way to Paradise Beach. Greg was a fantastic host — prompt, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Such a fabulous place to stay! The water views are stunning, great bird watching, thanks for having a bird guide handy as it was so useful! Koalas and kangaroos everywhere gave us plenty to look out for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

Stephen’s place was excellent and perfect in every way. Stephen was a great host and Bobby the dog was too. The place was cozy and has everything you need for your stay. This cottage was a lovely get away and just what our family needed. We have a border collie pup who loved hanging in the yard watching the animals. Our son loved collecting firewood for the fire pit! We didn’t stay long enough to explore the short walk to the beach, we’d come back again just to have out at Eagle Point. Kate was amazing, approving an additional night stay at the last minute!

Ben's place was just what we needed to relax and enjoy the lovely surrounds. comfy beds, lots of outdoor space to chill. The place is full the usual home comforts so it feels welcome. Beautiful beach a very short walk. Highly recommend.

What a breathtaking view!! My family and I (group of 6 with 2 young children) had such an enjoyable stay at Karen’s. You can see panorama view of lake from two out of three rooms and view from balcony is just stunning. Clean and functional kitchen, comfortable couch and beautiful lounge room and beautifully set up bedrooms, not to mention clean bathrooms. There are two car parking space. Karen is a great, caring and responsive host. Highly recommend the stay, we sure hope to be back when we’re in the area again next. Thank you Karen :)

This place exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and by far this is our favorite spot. The host is very responsive and helped us immediately when we had an issue with hot water. The whole experience is well-designed from the door to the kitchen, living area, bathroom, and bedroom. There is everything one would need in a weekend getaway, and the attention to details made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone!

My partner and I went down for a quiet weekend away from the city. Melantha was super responsive from the start of our booking till the end. Had everything exactly as listed and provided information on additional material as well such as the firepit and the facilities such as the BBQ were easy to use. Almost all basics were included. The place was beautiful, quiet and cosy. Would definitely recommend for a private getaway

We stayed at Maria’s place for two nights, hoping to get a breath of fresh air away from our busy, hectic city life—and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, while the adults could relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful sounds and sights of beautiful birds chirping all around. The setting was serene, calming, and exactly what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Clean, not far from the beach. There is a general store (Foodworks) round the corner that provides basic amenities and some food. Easy walk to the beach. It's a lovely comfortable place to stay. We had all we needed in the home, telescope and toys for kids were a nice touch. There is a long bath indoors and outdoors which is a hit with the kids. Fair warning, there were a lot of flies, not something that the host can control and it's what you do get living at the beach. They get in when you open the doors so do be quick. Maybe bring a fly swatter if you find using fly spray/ elastic bands to not be your choice of weapon. We managed to take out over 30 flies indoors but it's a constant battle. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and will come back again.

We loved our stay in Charmaine’s beautiful house in seaspray. The location is perfect, a very easy walk to the beach, surf club and general store. The house has lots of games and things to entertain kids and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the warm afternoons. Seaspray is such a great place to visit, we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely stay! Property was close walking distance to the action in town. They were so kind as to set the porta cot up for our toddler before we arrived which took away the stress after our long drive. Didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were having some down time there, the lounge room and outdoor area was awesome!

Cloud 9 is a beautiful home equipped with lots including a fully equipped play area for kids. House is very clean and tidy just as shown on the pictures. Last but not least, the breathtaking view from the balcony including sunrise and sunset was amazing. Robyn was quick to response and offered us early checkin and late checkout. Great place for a family and friends. Highly recommended.

Spectacular! This place was even better than the pictures, reviews and description. It suited our family perfectly with plenty of space, yet great areas where we could come together as well. The wildlife was amazing and I could have sat out on the daybed the whole stay just watching nature! The kids had plenty to do and were able to get their short fix of screens in their down time. We can not recommend Andrew and Hilary's place highly enough, it was just perfect for us in every way! I really hope we can get back there one day! Mel and Mark (Qld)

Great place to stay for a break. 2 minute walk and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. lots of walking tracks and very close to the General Store and Surf Club. the Surf Club has an awesome range of food. The kitchen and family room area was a great spot to hang out to watch the footy with the family and our dog. I would highly recommend staying at Seaspray.

We enjoyed Jessica's place. short track to walk down to the beach which was pretty deserted. Fully fenced for our dogs. Saw kangaroos and parrots. Great coffee machine. Bring drinking water as they are on tank water. Great fire pit.

Katie had ensured we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket of local goodies, which we enjoyed. Catherine’s apartment is just beautiful. To be able to look at the ocean from bed was a real treat. The bed was very comfortable- best I have ever had in an Air Bnb The Tavern at Tyler’s beach was so good - view, food and service were all amazing . Catherine recommended the Tavern and they picked us up and dropped us home in the courtesy couch. We had to go back the 2nd night we had such a good time Catherine gave us a lot of good tips for our onward journey which was a great help. All positive I highly recommend Catherine’s beautiful seaside apartment

We spent 3 nights and explored Metung and surroundings. Jess’s place was perfect for us it had everything that we needed. It’s 5mins walk from the main town area and the lake, our daughter loved the splash park. House was very clean and Jess was very responsive and accommodating with our request for late check in. Thank you we had a great stay.
