The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Everything was just fine … this is a real treasure

Helena welcomed us in a very friendly way. The arrangement when we arrive worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. You simply had everything there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, tabs for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and asked the next day after a small storm if we were okay and if someone should come to clean. Pool was also cleaned once in between. With a dog also great there, because properly fenced, walking the dog is also no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing vacation! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you could ever need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. Communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back any time and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers (both under one year). The accommodation was more than perfect! She was incredibly beautiful! Super nice landlord. We were provided with a travel bed and a high chair for both children. The pool was heated, so the kids could get in the water. Very quiet location. We felt so incredibly comfortable and will definitely come again

The place is beautifully decorated. You feel right at home. There is everything you need. The garden is perfect for relaxing. The location of the villa is perfect. You can reach all major cities in less than 30 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

Very good communication with the owners. Concerns were addressed immediately. The place was as described and clean. The outdoor area had plenty of space to lie down and the pool was large enough. It could actually be a little greener. We would recommend the property.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

We had a wonderful stay with our four children and our dog at this peaceful and scenic place. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed the nearby hike down to the beach. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play both indoors and in the garden. We also appreciated the great location, with good restaurants nearby in Plomin and a bit further in Labin and Rabac. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The small apartment was exactly what we imagined and the ideal retreat. The apartment is part of an apartment building, but you have absolute privacy with your own terrace and great sea views. The terrace is sheltered from the wind, so that it is really nice and warm there even on windy days, which we enjoyed very much. Everything is within walking distance and only 5 minutes to the beach or promenade. we'll be happy to come back!

Great beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore all the comforts provided e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, fast responding host. In short, GREAT!

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is clean, very conveniently located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a really nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend it and I would like to stay there again. The only two "buts" we found were 1) the check-out time is very early and 2) as a guest, you have to take out the trash and throw it in one of the bins at the end of your stay? I had never read anything like this on an Airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, strollers and suitcases, it was also heavy to carry the trash and split up to go look for the containers. We were in a big hurry to get out in time and also stressed about the trash😅. Other than that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us a crib.

We felt totally comfortable right away. The hostess responded individually to us and was always there to help us, so that we felt well cared for. She also immediately took our dog into her heart. All in all, a super nice luxurious accommodation with a top service!...Thank you for the great time at your place, we will be happy to come back :)
