White House

I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

O'gite Sancerrois

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

Beautiful country house with pool and hot tub access

Beautiful 180 m2 house, nestled in the middle of nature in an exceptional environment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Friendly and warm, this house has just been renovated and offers you all the comforts for a pleasant stay with friends and family. The magnificent park of this place full of history is equipped with a swimming pool, a Scandinavian bath and a sauna. These amenities are not private to this house and are shared with three other houses in the Domaine.

The Castle Estate

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers its two rooms combining originality and modernity in a farmhouse built in the 18th century with the stones of the medieval castle of Passy-les-Tours. These rooms overlook a common area consisting of an equipped kitchen and a TV/Wi-Fi lounge In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Le Kozi/Downtown/near TRAIN STATION

Appart' le Kozi - Downtown - 5-min walk to train station Completely renovated, warm and close to all amenities. Offers 2 bedrooms with recent bedding (140 cm double bed) and each equipped with an individual bathroom. A living room with its fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. Parking spaces nearby. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

2 rooms in a farmhouse

Comfortable and functional 2-room single-story house located in the stopover village of Pougues-les-Eaux, six minutes from the Tranchant Group Casino and 20 minutes from the Magny Cours Circuit. Living room with equipped US kitchen: microwave, Senseo coffee machine (pods are free). One bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and TV. Linens and towels are provided. Modern and spacious bathroom. Secure parking, motorcycle shelter available.

Country House

It is in our wooded park, 2.5 hours from Paris, that we offer our country house for rent. Surrounded by nature, crossed by the GR 4 Saint Jacques de Compostela, our house will offer you a family setting, quiet to rest or work. Tennis and swimming pools (unheated), many animals are present in the park (horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens...) PLEASE NOTE from June to mid-September, bookings are by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.
