Nice value of the price and money!

We had a great time at Margarita’s place! We enjoyed the apartment with the large balcony and the sea view. Fortunately, there weren’t many occupants in the buildings, so we had our fair share of privacy and quiet - we enjoyed the pools, gym and the beach nearby almost all by ourselves. As parents with a toddler we really liked that the beach was very close. The only downside was that shops were pretty far away (there’s a Carrefour in Obzor) and the fridge was pretty small, so we had to do a pretty good planing for our meals so that all our food would fit in the fridge. All in all a great and relaxing experience!

It was a perfect accommodation. The accommodation was very clean and the furniture was well arranged. The warm water came out well, and even candy and first aid were prepared, so I felt the host's thoughtful consideration. Parking was available, and the location was good as it was possible to walk to tourist attractions! I'll stay here again if I come back to Burgas.

I had a lovely relaxing time. I would recommend this place to single travellers or coules. Probably not enough o do for teenagers.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach
