Bar Botanik beach is five minutes walk away, famous Gradina beach is a short walk away too and the center of Chernomorets you could reach walking every evening. The 10 min.drive from Sozopol gives you a chance to enjoy fish restaurants ans famous bars or the relax under the quite see breeze on the house terrace.

We had a great stay at this place! The location right on the sea is simply fantastic, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The apartment was very clean, the rooms nicely decorated and there were several bathrooms. Communication with the host was great – quick, friendly, and helpful. The large garden was another highlight, perfect for relaxing. The amenities were very good overall, only in the kitchen a few extra utensils wouldn't have hurt, but that wasn't a big deal. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime:)

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.
