One Bedroom apartment in top location, close to the beach and the city centre. The aparment has one bedroom and a living room with kitchen. In the bedroom are three single beds and in the living room is a foldable sofa bed also for 2 persons. On request we can provide a baby crib free of charge. If a fifth bed is necessary, we can put an additional foldable sofa bed also in the living room. TV and WIFI free of charge. Parking is available on request. Welcome :)

Good offer in great location. The reality corespondes with the description and photos. The beach is exactly at one minute distante from the complex. The Marina Dinevi port is very beautiful and good for evening promenade. We enjoyed our vacation in this location.

We came again to relax at the apartment and did not regret it. I usually like to come to different places, but this time I realized how cool it is to go back to where I was. We arrived at the apartment as if at home) everything is familiar, the location, routine, conditions, shops are nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a washing machine in the apartment, it was not declared in the conditions. The apartment is neat, clean, there are enough dishes, household chemicals are available, a large full-fledged refrigerator. Of the disadvantages, the kettle disappeared after the previous guests, but the lack of this gadget did not spoil our vacation. There were more people staying in the complex this year, but there was no problem with parking. As last year, there were difficulties with places at the pool, but it became more realistic to find a free sun lounger. The beach at the complex became unguarded, wooden decks disappeared, but the entrance to the sea is magnificent, and in perfect proximity to the complex. You can enjoy a gorgeous sea view from your balcony❤️. The vacation was a success! Thank you to the hosts.

The apartment is in a very quiet location right next to a large pool and the sea. The apartment was very comfortable. There was everything you could need for a rest. I missed a stove in the kitchen area maybe, but a microwave and an electric teapot were enough. The air conditioner works well, there is an iron and a washing machine. A big supermarket is 7 minutes from the apartment where you can buy everything you need. It is easy to get to Sunny Beach and Nessebar by bus. Victor is very communicative and helpful host. He helped arrange a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport. We were able to stay longer than until 12:00 on the last day of our stay. I recommend to stay here.

CASCADAS Family Resort, 1 Bedroom Apartment

It was our first time in Sunny Beach and Bulgaria and we weren't sure what to expect - but the Cascadas resort and Marina's place was amazing! Sunny Beach and Cascadas is perfect - especially if you have kids. Multiple pools and playgrounds at the resort and a lovely restaurant. And a gym for me too! Only 10-15 minutes to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and everything you need. Marina was such a lovely host, extremely helpful and responsive - thanks Marina! A great apartment - everything we needed in the heart of the Cascadas resort. Bit of a tight squeeze with sleeping as we have three kids and two are a bit older (13 & 12) but for anyone with two or three smaller kids it would be no problem. (We knew this might be the case but it was a happy trade-off to stay at such a great resort) So I highly recommend Marina's apartment, Cascadas and Sunny Beach for anyone with kids looking for a family holiday!!
