This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the homonymous village houses the Prepaulin apartment. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (not possible for 4 adults). The apartment on the first floor is also available: look for it in the listings!

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

First floor apartment, just outside the village, still reachable in a 10-minute walk. It has a separate entrance, a large lawn for outdoor living and private parking. It is about 20 minutes from the beautiful ski slopes of Monte Zoncolan, and from Lake Cavazzo. If you are interested in bathing and spa treatments, in 10 minutes you will reach the town of Arta Terme. Especially suitable for cyclists because it is not far from the Alpe Adria cycle path and Monte Zoncolan
