The upstairs 'hayloft' bedroom has characterful sloping ceilings. (6ft 4 max) and downstairs the open plan space provides a beautifully equipped kitchen, dining area & relaxing lounge with a sofa, which opens out into a comfy bed for those who prefer to remain on the ground floor, looking over the garden.

Conveniently located between Easingwold and Boroughbridge and just 10mins off the A1, The Little Parsonage is a recently renovated 3 double bedroom ground floor annex. Located on the edge of Brafferton village, we are family and pet friendly (well behaved). The village offers 2 pubs and a butchers within walking distance and the city of York is just 15 miles away. Whether you are here to visit friends, attend a local wedding or explore North Yorkshire we are a perfectly located home from home.

Fig Tree Cottage

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

Grantham Flat is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one with a single & pull out plus comfy lounge & large TV.

The Annexe is in the picturesque village of Crayke, surrounded by beautiful views and walks in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Lots of places to explore inc National Trust Sites and Houses. Crayke is surrounded by lots of eateries and quaint market towns, whilst been only a 20 minute drive from York, a hot spot for history. Surrounding villages offer dog friendly walks including woodland, field and lake or river. Within an hour are the Yorkshire Dales and Moors.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and all meals including breakfast, is a mere 20m across the square. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

A new conversion, Teal Cottage is a beautiful contempory 1 bed cottage offering a peaceful southern outlook and nestled away behind the high street with all the local amenities within walking distance.The cottage has a wet room bathroom with rainfall shower, outside courtyard for guests to enjoy a glass of wine or evening meal and free parking. Easy access to York, Harrogate and Leeds plus the charming City of Ripon is 15 minutes by car.
