The house is a gem compared to the buildings nearby, something special. We felt very comfortable and the hostess is very pleasant. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation there.

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Our apartment was an absolute dream! Quietly located, it offered the perfect oasis of relaxation. With space for 4 people, the size was ideal and offered us exactly the comfort we were looking for. Particularly noteworthy are the very friendly landlords, who always had an open ear for our wishes. There was also a lot on offer for the children, which was a big plus for us as a family. The little ones were thrilled and we were able to fully enjoy the time. This place exceeded all our expectations – we will be happy to come back!

We’ve stayed here during our 2 week long holiday and absolutely loved our time here. Upon arrival Elma and her husband were there to greet us and show us around the house. The house was really clean and has everything you need. From the kitchenware to the bathrooms, all the necessities are there, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, something you really need during the warmer months. Something else you need during those warm months: the spacious pool. Once again very clean and after a week they even came around to clean the pool again. The location of the house is convenient. Roughly an hour from Rovinj, Pula and Porec and just a 20 min drive to the beaches of Rabac. The communication with Elma was also top notch. Very quick and helpful responses in a very kind and warm manner. Would defenitely recommend staying here; 5/5 stars!

We arrived at the property and felt comfortable from the first minute we were at home☺️. The location is fantastically beautiful and quiet, the amenities stylish and tasteful, it was a beautiful and relaxing getaway. It's clear to us - we will definitely be back!

Everything was great!

We are a family of six and we stayed for 10 days in Kristina's apartment. The apartment, which is the ground floor of the house, is very big, comfortable and very clean. It has everything that is required for your needs and to make your stay very comfortable. The air conditioning was great for keeping the temperature cool at night and the pool was great for cooling down after a days outing. The location is excellent, on the outskirts of Labin, and it is a great base for exploring the region of Istria. Kristina is an excellent host. She is discreet but always available to answer any queries and to offer advise on the attractions in Istria. We had a great holiday in Croatia and I highly recommend Kristina's home for your stay.

Perfect stay in a gorgeous villa Our week-long stay at the villa was just great. Cleanliness was spotless, every corner of the house was well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality: David, the host, was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. He has fulfilled every wish for us and always made us feel comfortable. No matter what we needed – David always brought it to us right away. Also the price was absolutely fair for the quality of the accommodation and the service we received. All in all it was a perfect week that we would repeat anytime! Thanks David!
