The 2-room apartment with private entrance, bathroom & kitchen is located in the former country school house, which was completely renovated in 2016. Surrounded by nature & with a view of the local mountains, you can enjoy your peace! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Various destinations are nearby. A CAR IS A MUST, AS THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT CONNECTION In the middle part is our meeting room for company seminars and weddings.(Weekend only) & on the top floor we live with 2 children.

This cozy old building attic apartment is very charming with open roof beams and a fireplace. Very nice, open and bright with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Two sofa beds can accommodate up to 4 adults. A travel cot + high chair can also be rented on request. The apartment could hardly be more central: - Only 5 minutes from the train station - Directly on the Bodensee circular bike path - Directly at the lake park (barbecue area, boat rental, harbor, swimming area, beach bar, restaurants...)

Sei unser Gast - Du wirst die Gartenloft lieben- sie eignet sich sehr gut für unabhängige Reisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und auch für Hunde. Von hier aus gibt es halbstündliche Zugverbindungen nach Luzern und in Hochdorf, das 2km entfernt liegt, findest du verschiedene Restaurants, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kaffee, kleines Frühstück, WLAN und Parkplatz - alles dabei! Bis bald!

We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

Ideal für Ausflüge aller Art zu jeder Jahreszeit. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd mit 2 Platten. Dusche und WC sind 100 Meter von der Jurte entfernt. Strom kommt von der Sonne, geheizt wird mit Holz und fliessend Wasser hat es 50m. entfernt. Zmorge und Znacht kann(je nach Kapazität) auf Anfrage bestellt werden.

For 1 to maximum 2 persons. The apartment is too small for an extra child /bed, booking is not possible.

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Kloten Airport is 19 minutes away by public transport and about 10 minutes by car.
