We have rarely experienced such an attentive and warm hostess as Waltraud. Whether with the information in advance, or with questions on site, we always felt well looked after thanks to the very quick feedback. The apartment is modern, very clean and equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and thanks to the practical labels on appliances and cabinets, there is no need to search all cabinets and puzzles about operating appliances. From the terrace window, you have a wonderful view over the valley to the mountains. We found the beds very comfortable. Already upon arrival, the relaxation began for us, as you can park directly at the house and thus avoid long carrying of the luggage. Hikes can be started right at the house, but there are also many beautiful destinations in the surrounding area. Shopping is also no problem in the area. The accommodation is an absolute recommendation for us!

It's a new residential complex with underground parking. There is a large balcony with storage room which is very convenient. In the basement there is another storage room. The rooms are very bright and sunny all day. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible via an elevator. The rooms are all new with wooden parquet floor and appropriately furnished. The location is ideal for excursions as it is very centrally located in the Ländle. The handover of the apartment was also problem-free and already possible in the morning. We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and if needed, the landlord was immediately available, otherwise he was not intrusive and very nice. We can therefore absolutely recommend the apartment without restriction. If needed, please come back.

The place is a gem with a heavenly view. We felt very comfortable, Mathias' wife was very friendly and we had it cozy and comfortable. Glad to come back!
