Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Den har klimaanlegg, Queen-size seng, komfortable stoler og kjøkkenkrok. I nærområdet er det mange flotte turstier, og mulighet til å kjøpe lokale produkter rett fra bonden. It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Perfect with small kids - relax in the jacuzzi after hike or when kids are sleeping. We have babychairs,babybed etc. Well equipped kitchen, homeoffice with 2screens Pets not allowed

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.
