Our pretty 1-room apartment with separate kitchen and separate bathroom is located in the basement of our terraced house. It offers two people a lot of comfort for a feel-good visit to Würzburg. The apartment is located between the University of Hubland and the old town. The campus of the University of Würzburg (Hubland) is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. The Residenz Würzburg (2 km) is a 25-minute walk.

In the approx. 90 sqm apartment there is also a large living area, in which the kitchen, a nice dining area and the living room are located. The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is basically equipped.
