Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ramsgate

We cannot praise Karen and Dave’s studio highly enough. Their home is surrounded by fields of pear trees and a beautiful garden. The decor is tasteful, comfortable and every detail has been thought about. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We were greeted on arrival by Karen, our host, who showed us around our studio and gifted us fresh milk and home-baked cookies. In the morning, Karen had left us more fresh milk for our coffee and we were welcome to sit in their delightful garden. And then the crowning glory, breakfast is included! We were shown into the breakfast room which overlooks the pear fields and a Norman church - stunning. And what a breakfast … sourdough break and cinnamon buns baked by Karen and a delicious breakfast cooked by hubby Dave. Better than you’d get in a five star hotel .. oh and there was granola, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and local apple juice. Thank you both for a really lovely stay.

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

Was very clean and modern mutual interior. This was my mums dream home perfect size for the 4 of us. The communication was very speedy.

We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

A little paradise in the heart of Margate - with so much taste and love. A house to find inspiration, relax (in the sauna and the outside tub (!!)) and breathe. Calm and peaceful with so many lovely design details. Heartfelt recommendation.

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

Lovely base for a stay in Deal. Easy to walk to the town. V spacious for 2 adults, 1 teen and a dog. V responsive heating and clear instructions for how everything worked. Would recommend and return in the future as v good value. We all loved the shower and v comfortable beds.

We stayed at Daniel’s apartment for a long weekend away and had a really lovey time. The apartment was just like the photos, was clean and had everything we needed. Daniel provided crumpets on arrival, butter jam and milk which was very much appreciated! The place is in the perfect location, in walking to distance to the harbour and local pubs and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Our stay at Debi's was beyond expectations. I needed a quiet space near the sea to relax and stay away from noisy London. location is great, just 10mins walk from Long Rock nature reserve and the beach. We just crossed a wonderful field where my dog could run and enjoy the open space. The little garden at the entrance is safe and well exposed to the sun all day. The house is compact and well furnished, beautifully decorated, spotless and comfy, with more than what's needed for a perfect comfortable stay. We both enjoyed our treats kindly left by Debi and loved the little notes left all around to help. The lavender spray by the bedside is a lovely touch, makes you feel pampered. I would definitely recommend a stay at Debi's for a peaceful holiday at the seaside. Thank you Debi!!! Rita and Mara

We had an amazing time staying here. The hosts were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in future

What a lovely place, so well located a few minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants. Peter was helpful and responsive but the property was secluded and felt like a home from home. Everything we needed was available, and we enjoyed a fabulous stay. The sun shone which was an unexpected bonus. Wouldnt hesitate to book again !

Staying with Niki was like visiting a long time friend. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt at home. She shared stories and recommendations and then left us to it. She cooked us amazing breakfasts, and was a pleasure to come back to after our days out. The place was really tidy and decorated beautifully, the bed was super comfy, and she made it extra special as she knew it was for our birthdays. We would absolutely recommend staying with Niki (and cheeky little Benji)!!

The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Carol and Guy were so welcoming and we loved meeting Marv their dog, they were always easily contactable and gave us local recommendations. Highly recommend - thank you! Xx

It felt very much like a home from home... and the selection of food available for breakfast was brilliant. I'd like to say thank you to Nicola for being a great host and sharing her home.

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

Sonia and her husband we're wonderful hosts who made me feel right at home. The short time I spent with them they we're friendly and accommodating to my dietary requirements. I felt safe and secure, the home was lovely and clean.

A lovely cottage, we have enjoyed our stay very much. There are lots of nice touches in a good thought for the comfort of guests. Warm house in every room by the time of our arrival; milk, juice, home made jam (delicious!), bread, cereals avalible; little messages that welcome and guide through the house. There are actually 3 bathrooms. All is spotless clean and fresh. We wish to return :)

Ann was wonderful and we felt right at home. She collected us from the train station and made us so welcome. Her home was very tasteful and comfortable. Ann made us a superb breakfast and drove us to Dover the next day for our ferry. We enjoyed and would definitely stay again. Thank you Ann.
