what a delightful place to stay, simply stunning and homely. Ever detail and need catered for, in such peaceful surroundings. We loved the the courtyard with the beautiful plants and lighting and the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets. We love to cook so the kitchen was a dream all utensils were well thought out and well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and glassware. We walked on the beach every day, which is only 5 minutes away and made our way into Broadstairs and Margate, lots of amazing restaurants too. The perfect place - highly recommend !!

Caroline is lovely- a dream host with so many generous touches from cosmetics to condiments and milk bread butter, croissant. Really went above and beyond as a host. Don’t think I’ve had a stay with such attention to detail. The decor is stunning and she has a great eye. Such a cool vibe and feels like a Margate experience not to be missed. Amazing books, incredible artworks. Comfortable bed, linens. Fabulous lighting and calm view towards the sea. Thank you so much. I hope to come back xx

From the onset communication with Wendy was brilliant. Clear check in instructions , really helpful tips of local eateries . We were really happy with the quality of apartment , it really was a home from home with high end appliances, good quality crockery , coffee machine , washing machine , etc. this apartment literally has everything you need , we packed things we just didn’t need because the apartment had it! The views are really nice overlooking the beach. Biscuits and milk left for a welcomed cuppa on arrival. Everything was also super clean . Would highly recommend .

We spent three nights in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and was exactly like it looked on the website. The location is right on the seafront and affords uninterrupted views from the balcony across the beach and out to sea. We found the choice of good restaurants a bit limited in Ramsgate, but Broadstairs is a great option and only a 10 minute drive away. Overall, we had a great break and would highly recommend.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and extremely clean. Easy to find and easy instructions to follow when gaining access to the property. You’re also very local so you really can walk down to the coast from the property. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you

We had a lovely time here. I grew up coming here every summer, easter and Christmas to visit my grandparents. We love coming to visit and this apartment was perfect, close to the seafront and town. The place was lovely, spacious and tidy with everything you need for a couple of days. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful location and very modern, clean and comfortable inside. The views are amazing and fun to watch the golfers and sea views. Easy parking and accessible for my mom in her 80s. Lovey space and highly recommended.

This place was spotless, close to everything you wanna do in Ramsgate. Having a parking spot was a big bonus. Will definitely stay again.

Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

Claire’s place was beautiful - the decor and details were all gorgeous. The place still maintains the character and charm of an old cottage but it’s been done up so expertly!

We booked Shannon’s place as a green room for some tv filming, and it couldn’t have been better. Excellent location and facilities, with amazing sea views. Thank you Shannon for letting us book this!!

The apartment is beautifully presented and so clean - we felt really comfortable straight away. The location is fantastic and perfect for a stay with a dog as the beach is just a few steps away. Would highly recommend this property for a chilled out break

Flat looks exactly as per photos and is in great location, about 15 minutes walk to city centre with the beach not far (approximately 5mins from flat). Flat was clean and there was little noise (apart from occasional train). Nicely decorated. Some small amenities would have been nice (e.g. creamer or small bottle of milk for tea, shampoo / conditioner, hand soap in bathroom had run out), and some lights in the property were not working. However, given that this flat was reasonably priced compared to others in the area, it didn’t bother too much!

We loved staying at the Writers’ Retreat with our three year old son. We felt right at home, and the floor to ceiling windows in virtually every room were incredible. The flat is also double-aspect, which means you get a view of the Lido from the back of the flat. We were close to everything we needed - the beach for a paddle, Haeckles for a birthday massage, Northdown Road for breakfast, and Old Town for dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time at Mohammed house! He was very communicative, and left for me very clear instructions! Also he was very flexible with the check in! I will definitely book this room if I have to comeback to Broadstairs!

What an amazing location and space. Beautiful views into the sea and a gorgeous balcony. Sonia and Lee were so accommodating and friendly. Extremely flexible with great communication. We would recommend this for anyone looking for that Folkestone getaway.

The apartment was perfect, not only for its location but the amenities made it feel extra luxurious and elevated, it was also very well equipped; the bath robes were a very nice touch and the bed was unbelievably comfortable . Robbie was extremely friendly and attentive host, very hospitable and easy to get a hold of. The jacuzzi bath and massage chair made this the perfect stay. Can’t wait to visit again, would highly recommend!

Would happily stay here again, really interesting house to stay in. Location was great, only a short taxi ride to Dreamland and Margate. The Hot Tub was excellent too!

The apartment is spotless, cozy, and located in Birchington-on-Sea just a short walk from the sea. Inside, everything feels welcoming and well-prepared — from the comfortable bed with a quality mattress to the clean and practical kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful space that has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a little garden where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. The host was absolutely wonderful — very, very polite, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and even allowed early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return.

Such a lovely place to stay, comfy and clean and the garden/hot tub felt really private. Chloe was an excellent host and provided great reccomdations of places to eat in the area. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.
