We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The apartment is newly renovated, partly newly furnished (e.g. kitchenette). Large south-facing balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Ramsau mountains. Hiking opportunities directly from the house. We are happy to provide tips. Important: Tourist tax €3.10/pers. + overnight stay (children, 7-16 years: €1.55) must be paid extra on site.

The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.
