Entspannen in der ruhigen Umgebung, oder sportlich aktiv sein. Wie du es willst. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Skiberg und an der Langlauf Loipe. Wanderwege führen vorm Haus weg. In 8 Minuten zu Fuß, erreichst du ein Sportgeschäft, die Bushaltestelle, den Badesee. Kulinarisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es ein Café, eine Pizzeria und 2 Restaurants. On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at the beautiful apartment ! The house was gorgeous -clean, stylish, and full of light, with a breathtaking view that made every morning feel magical. The location was ideal quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What made this stay even more special was our amazing host. We came with our 2.7 year-old daughter, and she went above and beyond by bringing toys and games to make her feel at home. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made our stay incredibly comfortable and family-friendly. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!!

Habe 3 Nächte am Bergerhof verbringen dürfen und hätte die Zeit nicht mehr genießen können! Die Gegend ist toll zum Wandern und habe von Christian sehr gute Tipps zum wandern bekommen, auch angepasst für die jeweilige Wetterlage des entsprechenden Tages. Ansonsten war auch seine Mutter, Maria auf dem Hof. Durch Sie bekam ich jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück mit netter Gesellschaft (auch schon um 6 Uhr morgens für frühe Wanderungen) und konnte auch ausreichend Verpflegung für die Wanderung mitnehmen! Man kann direkt vom Hof loswandern und man ist wunderbar abgeschieden für wirkliche Ruhe! Und die ganzen Tiere verleihen dem ganzen einen tollen Charakter! Am letzten Tag hab ich mir auch noch so manch Schmankerl gekauft (Produkte aus eigenem Anbau/Betrieb). Würde für einen Wanderurlaub oder um den Stress des Alltags zu entkommen jederzeit wiederkommen!

Karl is very friendly and positive person. He was waiting for us before we arrived. The apartment is small but cozy and clean and everything you need is available. But most importantly it is in a beautiful and quiet location. I can only recommend :-)
