Spacious 4,000 sq ft house in quiet neighborhood

Welcome to our recently remodeled (Nov 2023) 6 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms house with a lot of space to play and relax in the house or at the backyard next to the creek. We have the fully equipped kitchen, the grill and the big dining table which can accommodate at least 14 people. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, easy to access, and other three bedrooms and the playing area are downstairs. We have beds for up to 20 people. There are two decks, one at kitchen another at master bedroom.

A century-old cottage is framed by lush gardens and tall trees. The vibrant red exterior is complemented by inviting porches and white railings. A gravel pathway leads to a cozy seating area, surrounded by an array of plants and foliage, enhancing the tranquil setting.

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)
