The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

In Poljaki in der Nähe von Barban befindet sich die ruhige Villa Casa Oleander - ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus auf 2 Etagen. Im EG befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Essplatz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein WC . Im OG befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Im Außenbereich ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, Grill und Loungebereich sowie der beheizbare Pool und eine Solardusche. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück wird durch eine Mauer eingegrenzt.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.
