The place was pristine, beautiful home. right on the beachfront, offstreet parking oppersite the house. Sums it up, couldn't ask for more. The host was also proactive with clear instructions ahead of time and responsive when messaged. would recommend to anyone visiting Southend-on-Sea.

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Rizwana was by far the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! I have never experienced such exceptional treatment and hospitality as I did with her. She went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable, and I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness and care. The only downside to the Airbnb is the location. For us Latin Americans, it feels like a perfectly normal area, but I can imagine that for Europeans, the surroundings near Barking Station might seem a bit intimidating at first. That said, Rizwana’s outstanding hosting skills completely made up for it. I would stay with her again without a doubt, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible Airbnb experience!

The accommodation has everything you need… Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and separate freezer for those staying for longer. Really nice corner settee in the lounge with flat screen TV and a small dining table with chairs. Comfortable double bed with en-suite. Nice enclosed outside area off the kitchen. Gaynor is a fantastic host and we will be staying again.

Immaculate, modern, smart-technology home. Wonderful features and incredibly secure. The hosts were very accommodating and restaurants were a quick Uber ride away.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. This is a fabulous Airbnb, clean, comfortable and stylishly done. The pool area is beautiful and I have my eye on the cabana for a future stay. We loved the private courtyard and the friendly duck...the hot tub was a bonus. We didn’t have a car so looked for a place with a train station close by…this is just a 10 minute taxi ride from the local station so ideal for us. It has a calm, peaceful vibe but just a few mins walk to the local pub. Great for me and my daughter but would be brilliant for groups if you rent out the other cottages. Sarah was really responsive and proactive. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

Larissa and her family are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with fresh salad, eggs and homemade jam and gave us useful recommendations on local farm shops and pubs. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we were lucky to spot a deer and a hare on our walks. We were a bit unlucky with the weather and and so we didn’t go in the swimming pool as much as we would have like but we still had great fun!! We had a really lovely time at Larissa’s cabin - we will surely come back!

We had 5 perfect days in London at Biancas. The flat is newly renovated, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. We were particularly pleased about the coffee machine with capsules. The location is very well connected, with breakfast options nearby. Bianca was always available, friendly and helpful - electricity adapter, thinner blanket and even did the washing when the machine broke down (a new one has been ordered). Quietly located on the top floor, accessible via a shared staircase. You are completely independent and have everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, everything furnished with love. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. A highlight: Brian the dog - totally cute! We would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to explore London and doesn't have a problem with a few steps. Lovely apartment and Claire was fab too. Lots of great country parks nearby which our dog loved. Worked out perfectly as an opportunity to catch up with family.

Ana’s place was exceptional, it was homely, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The location is close to the train station and there were a few convenience stores nearby. Ana was kind, informative and very responsive. Would stay again Tino :)

Mia is very nice and responsive. Clear instructions will be sent just before your stay. The boat looks exactly like the pictures and it’s so picturesque with all the plants! I was a bit apprehensive about the chemicals toilet as I missed this detail when I booked and never used before, but it was ok, just read carefully the instructions. For our experience, it was 25C outside when we arrived and it did feel like a terrarium inside!! So I would say, maybe be ready to feel very hot if you booked when it’s over 23C, as there is no fan/AC as far as I know. I noticed lots of modern radiators so must be better when it’s a bit fresher outside actually. Our 2nd day was cooler and it was perfect and cosy inside the boat! Would definitely stay again, I’m thinking it would be so dreamy on a sunny autumn day or on a rainy day! Nice restaurants literally in front on the airbnb, we had brunch at The Breakfast Club and food was lovely.

My wife, small dog and myself had a long stay in this wonderful flat in Wanstead. We felt right at home with all the amenities you would expect and some nice luxury touches to make it feel extra special. The property was well presented and thoroughly clean throughout. The host Charlotte was super helpful and friendly and we communicated throughout the stay, zero issues and was great to deal with such lovely people. We loved the area of Wanstead village, the property is literally on the High St where there are a plethora of good shops and amazing local restaurants to try out. Lovely walks nearby to explore nature. A highlight for us was private parking as we had our vehicle with us, the forecourt was spacious and made it very convenient to come and go. Very close to 2 tube stations on the Central line which makes getting into central London a breeze. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts, A+ experience. Would definitely stay again.
