Polly is a great host, his home has everything to offer from Sofa Cum Bed, to a balcony hammock, kitchen full of required amenities, enough storage , washing machine, wonderful and comfy bed. We spent evenings listening to music inside the home. it's next to some great night/hangout bars/restaurants. if you intend to stay in Koregaon, this is undoubtedly recommended for a perfect experience host is responsive, proactively gives instructions on check in etc and has a team to support you for any query stay was hassle free. house is big.

It was great experience for us. It was very peaceful. All the amenities were there as mentioned. Would surely recommend my friends to be here. So we had our train reaching early then our check in time so I requested the team to give me check in 1hr before and they somehow managed to provide the check-in and we are grateful for that. Overall great stay.

This one of the best properties in and around Pune. The place felt right at home. The flat is precisely how it is in the pictures. Also, Ranjan has been a great host. Had a fantastic stay at Vinods place ! The place was exactly as described, with all the necessary house equipment available. The host was super active and responsive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The communication was seamless, and the space was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Overall stay experience was good. Place was good and clean. however Complimentary Breakfast was not organised well and there were not much menu options. Breakfast could have been organised better

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

We stayed at this BnB for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, especially our two dogs, who absolutely loved the spacious lawn area. The home is inside a gated society, which felt safe, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The private pool was great for relaxing afternoons (though not big enough to swim), while the clubhouse pool was clean and perfect for a proper swim. The host also had a cycle available, and it was fun riding around the society’s quiet lanes. One of the highlights was a short hike we took to a nearby river with our dog, it was a lovely experience and made the trip even more memorable. The caretaker, Shailesh, was excellent. His service was prompt, and the food he prepared was delicious and homely. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the pricing is reasonable, so we simply ordered a bit more. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again!

Great place, worth the value

it was the best place I ever visited.. I was staying in villa no 9- from the gallery you have the clear view of 180° mountains.. n i was lucky enough that I got to see full moon raising within that mountains with starry night.. public transportation is also available there and so species will love to visit again ♥️

Thank you Saajan for a wonderful stay I will always recommend Modi Casa. Host is helpful, polite and responsive I booked the place for a week with 5 kids and we were all females with my old parents. Location is amazing, even neighborhood is great. We felt like home. Due to storm there was some electricity issue and even inverter also stopped working, but i m grateful to host who arranged the generator on other day. Place is kid friendly and my parents also enjoyed a lot 5 star to host and place too Caretaker was also helpful

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. I had a wonderful stay at Casa Symphony in Pashan. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and hassle-free, which made things really easy. The studio was clean, tidy, and beautifully done up, with an incredible view of Pashan Hill through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It felt peaceful and welcoming, like a home away from home. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the hosts, Vinita and Kannan, were incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
