From the balcony you can watch the deer grazing on the adjacent forest meadow in the morning. In summer, you can walk to the lake in 3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

We offer our attic as a FW for 2-4 P. A children's travel bed is also available. The property is located on the edge of the Wandlitz lake landscape and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in Barnim. Berlin can be reached in about 45-60 minutes by public transport or car. Within walking distance of the apartment there are bathing spots of Lake Stolzenhagen and Lake Wandlitz, a playground and a restaurant.

Our barn de Lütt offers enough space to a couple or a small family to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside in every season. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing frame, swing and sandbox invites you to linger. Our cozy weekend property invites you to a wonderfully relaxing vacation. A private jetty with lake access as well as forest and meadow are right outside the front door. On a 1000 square meter property you can enjoy nature completely alone. Watch sunrises and sunsets in the pulpit on the jetty. Rowing boats can be rented nearby in season. Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
