The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach.
