Istrian Stone House 3*

Authentic stonebuilt Istrian house located in the small village near city of Pazin in Central Istria. The village is located ten minutes from main intersection to highway which connects all the major cities in Region Istria. Surrounded by intact nature with magical view to Lake Butoniga, connected to bike routes, with agricultural offer of genuine Istrian products and opportunity to experience and work in rural family environment in a land will make your vacation as perfect relaxing holiday.

Villa Sara-Hrboki

This 3-room can accommodate up to 9 people and is therefore suitable for 2-3 families as it has fully fenced yard. The main house on the ground floor has a kitchen, living room and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one toilet and a sofa in the hallway. In the second house there is one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and living room( extendable couch). Large covered terrace, well and fireplace, and there is a large pool 8x4m2 with a beach of 100m2, and a table tennis and volleyball net.

Villa Maria in Labin

This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.

Spacious apartment w/ terrace at seafront (2-4p)

Our house is located in the center of Rabac, directly by the sea with the most beautiful view of the Bay of Rabac. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is suitable for up to 4 people and one baby. For the travel bed you pay 4€ per night. Your own travel bed is not allowed.The apartment has a large sleeping and living area, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an own balcony with stunning views of the Sea. We have air conditioning.

Modern and new, villa Dalia is ideal for family vacation! Decorated in modern style, it offers comfortable and unique spaces. Nearby the villa there are apartments primarily intended for family vacations, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony. Living space: 150 m2. Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.
