Unser ganz neu renoviertes Apartment verfügt über ein separates Wohn-bzw. Schlafzimmer. Ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen .Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit 2 Kochplatten , einer Spüle , Kühlschrank und einem Geschirrspüler. Das Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet und bietet eine ebenerdige Dusche. Kostenloses TV und Wlan steht Ihnen im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung. Cosy Cottage in the mountains

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Experience unforgettable days in the ideal retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people and impresses with modern, inviting furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. A stylish dining area and a comfortable couch create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings with family or friends. Two balconies offer the opportunity for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

In nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das Zentrum oder den Skilift Hirschenkogel, weshalb das Apartment durch seine Lage ideal für einen Ski- und Snowboarurlaub im Winter, oder einen Wanderurlaub im Sommer geeignet ist.

Villa Sebaldi: Pure summer fun

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The whole group will feel comfortable in this spacious space with charm. There is always something special at the large table or on the terrace in the circle of the big family, with another family of friends, or with their own friends to cook, grill, party, laugh. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to ski resorts Semmering and Stuhleck, close to hiking areas Schneeberg and Rax. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
