Our lads working away from home enjoyed their stay.

Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. They loved the use of the spa facilities. Thanks again, will definitely book again next time we're in the area 😊👍️

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

We had a great time at the house. We particularly enjoyed the large and enclosed garden with hot tub and large paddling pool, all of which were fantastic for the children. Thank you for a brilliant stay and for being so responsive.

Manny was very friendly and thoughtful — he even asked if we needed the heating on when the weather turned cold. We stayed for nine days, and fresh bed linen and duvet covers were available for changing. The place was spacious, well-equipped, and there was parking right at the door. It’s also very convenient, just a little over 15 minutes’ drive to the city centre. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great place to rest our heads whilst completing a course nearby. It had connections to a local bus station and metro. Also has space for two cars to park in the area. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but that’s just personal preference and there was only one set of keys which made it difficult! We would recommend this property if visiting the nearby area as it does exactly what it says on the tin!

Kit made us feel so very welcome in this home from home. It suited our family perfectly and lots of thoughtful touches (like milk in the fridge!) made us feel very settled from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and well organised and Kit was really helpful, asking if we needed a travel cot before our arrival and posting on forgotten baby items! Great location, a couple of minutes walk from Cotteridge high street and easy to get to trendy Stirchley and beautiful Bournville (for Cadbury’s World). Super easy to access Birmingham city centre by bus or train too. Would highly recommend the house and the area. Thanks Kit!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay at Maria’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as described. We all really enjoyed our stay and said we would all go back. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay x

The house was very clean and tidy with a great view.

This property has proved to be the best Airbnb we have stayed in to day. it appeared to have had a recent new kitchen /back extension and new interior carpets fitted which all added to the comfort. The downstairs bedroom was an added bonus also for my mum who is less mobile. Little touches like a bottle of wine and the dining table set was lovely gesture. Thanks Carol 👍

Can’t fault this air bnb. Spotlessly clean, smelt amazing and had all the mod cons and amenities needed. Was beautifully presented on arrival and not to mention how comfy the beds were. Would deffinitly return for another girl night or two.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely, cosy home with everything that was needed. Jeanette has been responsive and proactive with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

Beautifully appointed and spacious apartment on two levels. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable for our party of four, high quality modern decor but retaining the charm of the original building. Adam was very helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

A 5 star stay. We came from Australia and New Zealand for a wedding and this house was the perfect base for it. For the two weeks we stayed here we felt absolutely at home. The house is stunning, plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Nik even made sure we had a mid stay clean half way through. He was a very welcoming host from the start and was always available if I had any questions. Couldn’t recommend this house to anyone more and it has certainly made me want to come back! I stayed here for three nights with three friends, as we were attending a conference nearby. The house provided an ideal base for us. It was uncluttered and everything was clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable...very important! The kitchen had the basic utensils you'd expect. (A few more plates, breakfast bowls and cutlery would have been appreciated though, as we had to wash up straight away otherwise we'd have run out!). But all kitchen equipment (kettle, microwave, air fryer, oven etc) was great. Plenty of hot water for showers and washing up... and the bathroom and shower were fine for us. Over all, very happy and we all agreed that we'd book here again if we attend the conference in a future year.
