Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. This studio offers private bathroom and a small kitchenette to heat up pre-cooked meals, also with over 500 restaurants offer deliveries via UberEat, Tesco express and 3 @24/7 supermarkets within 5 minuets walk, and a Morrisons superstore with 10 minutes walk. Free street parking available with no permits required, or free limited on-premise parkings. This studio is only a few minutes walk to 9 bus stops, or 8-10 minutes to the Edgbaston Village tram stop – 3 stops to New Street station.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Historic Bournville Home

Sunnybrae is a historic Bournville home built for the first secretary of the Bournville Village Trust in 1901. The Coach House is a self contained apartment built over the garage block, in 2016. You are near to all transport links into Birmingham, the University, QE Hospital, The Royal Orthopaedic, Bournville Police Station. We are also near The Beeches and Woodbrooke and Fircroft Colleges. This is a piece of Bournville history and we hope you enjoy visiting !
