Paz und ihre Wohnung sind ein Traum. Paz ist eine außerordentlich gute Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sie kennt Valparaiso sehr gut und sie hat super Tips. Sie hat sich sehr um mich gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie bietet alles, was ich mir gewünscht habe. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Ich hoffe, ich kann noch einmal hier her kommen.

Pasamos cuatro días en el alojamiento de Cristian y estuvo increíble. Todo súper limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, así que ni pensamos en usar el auto. Cristian es un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y super simpático, dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por sus huéspedes. Lo recomiendo 100% !

Completamente recomendable, Pablo es un excelente anfitrión. Cuando llegamos la casa estaba ordenadisima y muy limpia. Se nota el cariño que le pusieron a cada detalle de la vivienda y del patio. Todo muy pensado en la comodidad del visitante, baño, dormitorio y y todos los recintos amplios, ventilados, muy agradables. Pablo se esforzó de sobremanera en dar respuesta a cada una de las demandas y solicitudes, teniendo además la consideración especial de poner e instalar el mismo una piscina pequeña para mi sobrino. Un 7 la casa, el entorno y el anfitrión.

El departamento es tal cual se anuncia en las fotos. La cocina bien equipada, dos televisores y un bonito baño. Los conserjes muy amables y atentos a cualquier consulta. Karen estuvo al pendiente y con buena disposición para responder dudas. Una sugerencia sería tener más ropa abrigada de cama, ya que solo había dos mantas delgadas disponibles y, si bien estamos en verano, las noches suelen ser frías en la costa. Recomendado para 3/4 personas, ya que solo hay 2 camas disponibles (2 pzs./1 pz.) y un sillón grande.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el alojamiento de Tamara. El depto tiene una vista al mar espectacular desde el piso 21. El edificio y la cochera muy seguros. La cocina muy completa. Se puede ir a la playa de Reñana sector 5 a 15 min a pie, la subida de regreso puede ser un poco cansadora pero lo hicimos todos los dias sin ningun problema. Volveremos !!!

La casa se Victor es maravillosa, muchísimo mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, que al parecer son un poco más antiguas. Amplia, limpia, cómoda, tranquila, con todo lo necesario para pasarlo bien y descansar. Anfitriones muy amables y preocupados. Nuestra única observacion es que al otro lado del quincho hay un gran cerro de guano de caballo, por lo que el olor no es agradable al hacer asados, y suelen haber muchas moscas. Sugerimos también agregar un tendedero de ropa. El lugar está completamente cerrado y cercado, muy seguro para nuestro perrito. Sin duda volveremos, 100% recomendado.
