The apartment is beautiful and it felt like home. Everything was very clean, the building is quiet and without much noise. The concierges are also very friendly. The area is quiet and perfect for a walk, with many places around it.

Ximena is a wonderful host. There was a problem with the internet connection and it was fixed quickly and effectively. The house is cozy, with good views and well located.

The description and photos of the apartment are very good, just as published, everything is very good, the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfort for 2 people (since we only use it to sleep at night and we do not use the kitchen because we always eat in restaurants), very quiet. Difficult to get to even with the GPS that always sends you to another address... due to lack of knowledge: very far from the center (I admit I didn't check with the owner before, so the mistake was mine). After everything was fine, the service was excellent at all times and on the few occasions that I needed it, from Juan, the owner, friendly and helpful...

Comfortable, well located, and very nice apartment!

Rodrigo is an excellent host. Good communication and willingness to help. We were going for the bullfight and he had no problem letting us stay a little longer so that we could leave at a good time. He even put us in touch to book parking inside the building. Only positive comments about him! The only detail that could be mentioned was the musty smell that was in the apartment and the bedding, but we think it may be because it is on the 1st floor, it gets little light or sun, but in general everything else works and complies.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you will need for a stay. The view of the ocean and sound of waves on the balcony were very nice and relaxing and it was a short ride to everything we wanted to do.

Very friendly and attentive. He gave us very clear recommendations and directions. The clean and tidy apartment. While the space is private, they tend to hear noises from other apartments and from the street (I think it's something from all Lofts of this style). The host is very understanding and flexible. As for the apartment's equipment, just and necessary if you are passing through. Very good overall experience.

the location and amenities of the apartment are great the balcony and the view is priceless Carla was always very attentive, there was shampoo and cream rinse in the two bathrooms, enough towels as well as blankets and stoves available I would repeat the visit!

The apartment is very nice and in a good location. Joel's directions were excellent and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Although we had a problem with the cleanliness of the apartment, Joel was willing to improve that aspect.

The apartment is very well located on the coastal edge, offering privileged views of the sunsets. It is close to a supermarket, making it easy to shop to stay in the place. Claudia is a very good and understanding host and although we did not meet her in person, she was very quick to respond to our questions and requirements. In our case, we request the use of the interior jacuzzi of the building and she managed the reservation by us. The instructions for entry to the apartment and the use of the building's premises were very clear and we had no problems. Recommended place to escape the city and enjoy the sea.

Beautiful view, near Playa Los Lilenes and Las Dunas. The apartment was comfortable and clean. You can also enjoy the jacuzzi. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Maria Alejandra was always super friendly, she was attentive at all times and responded quickly to every question I had. Flexible check-in was very helpful. The apartment is very well located. Perfect for 4 people, with good insulation between rooms. It is fully equipped, clean and functional, with a beautiful ocean view. I would definitely go back!
