The barn sleeps 5, was updated in 2021 and has a spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen & stylish wood stove. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Extra bed on mezzanine. The "Esprit des Lois" House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Cottage of Ermitage

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

Enjoy a quiet stay in this old vat transformed into a spacious and comfortable accommodation located in a charming village 15 minutes from Bordeaux with all the shops nearby. Situated in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region (Saint-Emilion, Sauternes, Pessac-Léognan) and close to the Bassin d’Arcachon and the Médoc. Ideally designed for 4 adults and 2 children, it can accommodate 2 additional people thanks to the sofa bed, for an extra charge.

Bright studio adjoining our house, located in a subdivision with a free parking space reserved in front of the accommodation. Capacity: 1 to 3 people (bed + sofa bed). Wi-Fi, fiber, etc. 20 min from the center of Bordeaux by car, 30 min by bus (stop 250 m away), 2 km from the tram C + park and ride, 5 min from the train station, 7 min from the ring road, 10 min from Pessac-Léognan, 10 min from the golf course. Guests can enjoy many cultural and sporting activities.

The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for cocooning by the fire. Enjoy the private sauna and Nordic (hot) bath in our private garden, out of sight.
